- Package is non-transferable
- Package is non-refundable
- Package must be used within one year of purchase
- If an appointment is missed or cancelled without 24 hours notice, one brow appointment will be removed
- Blowout appointments are booked in accordance to artist availablity
- A signed contract is required upon first appointment

- Additional blowouts are $25 each
- Blowouts roll over month to month
- As long as you do not miss a payment, this price is guaranteed to be your membership price for life

- Membership is non-transferable
- Membership cancellation requires a 30 day notice. Cancellations are effective 30 days after the date recived and payments due prior to the effective date will be charged as scheduled
- If cancelling, we do not guarantee that our MANE Addict Membership will be available at this price
- Membership benefits can only be used at the time of the blowout for in-studio purchases
- Blowout appointments booked are subject to our artist availability, we recommend booking in advance through our website
- Your membership status must be active to redeem any membership benefits
- Holly Decker reserves the right to cancel membership rights at any time
