- Package must be used within one year of purchase
- If an appointment is missed or cancelled without 24 hours notice, one brow appointment will be removed
- Brow appointments are booked in accordance to artist availablity
- A signed contract is required upon first appointment

- Membership is non-transferable
- Membership cancellation requires a 30 day notice. Cancellations are effective 30 days after the date recived and payments due prior to the effective date will be charged as scheduled
- If cancelling, we do not guarantee that our Gorgeously Groomed Membership will be available at this price
- Brow appointments booked are subject to our artist availability, we recommend booking in advance on through our website
- Your membership status must be active to redeem any membership benefits
